As an individual I have little ability to change much in the world aside myself and how I choose to act. So my intention is to offer a mixture of information and links to help educate and spread the word. My hope is that you at least find this information interesting and at best provocative. Having always been very curious and wanting to comprehend why things are what they are in the world, I am really excited about the knowledge we are gaining about one the greatest remaining mysteries – how our brain does what it does. Through innovative advances in technology we finally have the means to get a peek inside and see what happens in a normal living brain. The growing body of knowledge has amazing implications for all aspects of human development and interactions. While some earlier theories may be proved, many will be busted. But more than that, understanding how our brains work physiologically, functionally and intellectually will have huge implications on the world and our learning, changing, evolving and maybe even surviving into the future.
