Love, Light, and Other Lessons That Crisis Reveals to Us

Love, Light, and Other Lessons That Crisis Reveals to Us.

“Life always waits for some crisis to occur before revealing itself at its most brilliant.” ~Paul Coelho

This is so true.  Messages from a higher power, the Universe, are continually being sent to guide us where to go and how to life fully and joyously in all our glory.  I visualize these messages as guard rails along a road. If I get to close to one side or the other, I bump up against them to tell me I am steering off the path I am intended to be on.  Sometimes, usually when I am in tune with who I am, listening to and following my inner truth, it’s simply a gentle scrap to catch my attention and nudge me back on track.  Other times, usually when I’m externally focused on what’s missing in my life, preparing to board the bitter train to my self-pity party, I crash through the sign, grind to halt on the precipice, threatening to fall into the abyss below, forcing me to pay attention and back up the bus on to my true path.

Needless to say, I prefer the former nudge than the potential fiery crisis.  However, I’ve also learned to embrace it recognizing that sometimes fire and brimstone are necessary to forge the strength and courage to stay on the path of bliss.  It is after all the joy viewed and experienced along the journey, not the destination that makes life so rich and meaningful…for me it is anyway.  Just sayin’  🙂
